Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in consumer sales, marketing and/or customer service; teller experience acceptable.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; stand for long periods.
• Relief staff may work at different locations.
• Strong knowledge of customer experience, laws & regulations and technology literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall branch client experience; greet customers, assist walk-ins and handle complaints.
• Maintains and sells financial services through profiling, cross-sell, opens accounts and prospects.
• Interviews, processes applications and closes for consumer credit products; handles cash and transactions; balances cash; vault and ATM duties.
• Identifies and secures high-value clients; manages calling efforts, referrals and sales tracking.
• Keeps informed of bank policies, regulations and product promotions; trains staff as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
