Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer sales, marketing and/or customer service; teller experience is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned; standing for long periods; ability to lift up to 30 lbs; able to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding customers to digital and mobile banking options.
• Introduce and sell financial services to meet short and long-term needs based on profiling and product knowledge.
• Process all types of financial transactions and balance own cash; assist with vault, ATM cash recycler and armored car duties.
