Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years in consumer sales, marketing and/or customer service.
  • Cash handling experience in a retail environment or teller experience.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; stand for long periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Relief staff may work at different locations.

Responsibilities

  • Manages overall branch client experience; greet and guide customers to the appropriate banker; handle and resolve complaints.
  • Maintains and sells financial services through profiling; cross-sells and opens new accounts.
  • Processes a wide range of financial transactions; balances cash; vault/ATM duties.
  • Identifies and secures new high-value clients; manages referrals, sales tracking and prospecting.
  • Keeps informed of bank policies, laws and product knowledge; supports promotions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
