Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience in a retail or financial services setting.
• Knowledge of banking products and services and ability to profile customers to identify needs.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash on hand.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch client experience and engage customers with modern banking solutions.
• Identify customer needs, cross-sell products, open accounts, and prospect new clients.
• Process a wide range of cash transactions, balances, vault/ATM duties, and assist with armored car tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies, regulations, and promotions.
• Support and train new staff on operational procedures and sales processes.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
