Job summary

Bank of Hawaii is seeking a Branch Associate in Mililani Town to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide clients toward digital and mobile banking options. You will profile needs, cross-sell services, and process a variety of transactions while balancing cash and assisting vault/ATM duties.

Applicants should have strong customer service experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D, or equivalent related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer sales, marketing and/or customer service. Demonstrated success in a retail environment with cash handling experience or 1+ years of teller experience.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned. Must be able to stand for extensive periods and have reliable transportation.
• Relief staff must be able to work at different locations.

Responsibilities

• Manages overall branch client experience and guides customers to 21st century banking solutions.
• Identifies customer needs, cross-sells, opens accounts and performs teleconsulting.
• Processes a wide range of financial transactions and balances cash; maintains vault/ATM duties.
• Trains new employees on procedures and sales activities.
• Maintains knowledge of policies and new products; strives to meet sales goals.
