Job summary

Bank of Hawaii is seeking a Relationship Banker to create exceptional customer experiences by guiding clients through digital and mobile banking options and by understanding their short- and long-term financial needs. You will process a variety of transactions, balance cash, and support vault and ATM duties while building lasting client relationships.

You will actively cross-sell financial products, assist with new accounts, and stay current on bank policies and promotions.

Qualifications

• Requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) or will need to register within 30 days of employment/transfer.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer sales, marketing and/or customer service; banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch client experience and engage clients with technology and digital banking solutions.
• Process a wide range of transactions, balance cash, and support vault/ATM operations.
• Identify client needs, cross-sell financial products, and assist with new accounts and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, products, and promotions; ensure regulatory compliance.
