Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a client-focused banker to provide timely processing of client transactions and accurate record keeping in a regular work schedule. The role emphasizes superior service, financial needs assessment, and adherence to internal controls.

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to educate clients on digital channels, and readiness to participate in sales activities while supporting branch teamwork and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a courteous conversation while handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outreach, offering products, and referring clients to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
