Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a customer-facing banking professional to provide timely client service and accurate transaction handling in a Regular shift. You will educate clients on digital banking and support sales opportunities while adhering to risk and control guidelines.

In this role, you will contribute to a consistent service standard, participate in training, and assist with new accounts as needed across branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and uncovering client needs
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking)
• Support sales through outbound calls and client outreach
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
