Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Retail Client Services Associate to provide accurate handling of client transactions and exceptional service. You will educate clients on digital banking options, engage in outbound outreach, and support sales opportunities to meet client needs.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2+ years of teller or client service experience, and strong interpersonal skills. You may travel for coverage and work varied hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile) to enhance service.
• Support sales process with outbound client outreach and needs assessment, referring to branch team when needed.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, handling workload per branch demands.
