Job summary

MountainOne seeks an Universal Banker Representative to support daily branch operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist customers with accounts, transactions, and banking products while maintaining accurate records and handling cash and negotiable instruments with care.

You will also engage in the branch sales referral process, cross-selling, and promoting products to meet customer needs as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred. High School diploma required.
• Minimum one year of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with Community Banking Service Standards.
• Assist customers with banking products, transactions and account management.
• Ensure accurate records, handle cash and negotiable instruments, and complete transactions efficiently.
• Participate in branch sales referrals as directed by management.
