Job summary

MountainOne is seeking a Universal Banker Representative to provide exceptional customer service and perform teller duties at the Pittsfield Office. The role includes handling cash, opening and servicing accounts, and promoting bank products while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Training may occur across North Adams and Williamstown locations.

The position offers branch-based work with occasional travel to nearby offices and a pay range of $20.00–$23.50 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and conducting routine teller transactions.
• Ability to promote bank products and services to customers.
• Familiarity with branch policies and AML/BSA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and handle daily teller tasks accurately.
• Maintain cash drawers, verify cash, issue checks and money orders as needed.
• Support account opening, maintenance and customer inquiries promptly.
• Follow compliance procedures and assist with monthly audits.
