Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through service to sales, teller interactions, and appointment setting.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and cultivate new ones by understanding customer needs.
• Deliver loan products and ensure packages are correct and complete to minimize exceptions.
• Make referrals to cross-sell banking products and services across bank areas.
• Educate customers on using technology and banking tools for transactions.
• Apply product knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies.
