Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and guide product recommendations using established guidelines and service standards; refer to appropriate bank partners as needed.
• Assist customers with transactional needs and inquiries about balances, history, charges, and interest rates.
• Support branch operations by performing Teller or Teller Manager duties as needed.
• Build relationships with community businesses and consumers to achieve targets for new accounts and teller operations.
• Model consistent, distinctive service in delivering the FirstBank experience while interacting with customers.
• Follow procedures and controls, comply with laws and risk management policies, and maintain security protocols.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
