Responsibilities

Establish a professional presence in the community as a representative of the Bank.
Complete training programs for the Universal Banker role, including teller operations, account opening, consumer lending, and sales practices.
Assist customers with transactions, account opening, consumer lending, and digital banking needs.
Identify opportunities to refer customers to Commercial, Mortgage, and Investment divisions as appropriate.
Continuously identify cross-selling opportunities for customers.
Maintain accurate, efficient, and professional transaction processing and abide by branch policies.
