Qualifications

• High school diploma required or a Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Open new deposit and checking accounts and explain products to customers.
• Cross-sell Bank products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records and support end-of-day procedures.
• Provide customer service in person or by telephone and resolve issues.
• Assist referrals to Wealth Management and other departments.
