Job summary

The Merrimack's Windham, NH branch is seeking a Customer Service Banker (Universal Banker). You’ll assist customers with everyday banking needs, promote products, and support both teller and service roles to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service and/or cash handling role.
• Experience utilizing software applications to perform customer service duties.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work rotating Saturdays.
• Ability to travel between branch locations as needed.
• Prior bank teller transaction knowledge a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of banking products and services and promote them to customers.
• Switch between teller and customer service roles as needed.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks.
• Provide professional service and solicit new business referrals.
• Respond to questions and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
