Beacon Bank is seeking a Universal Banker in Manchester, VT to perform Teller and Personal Banking duties. You will deliver exceptional service, process transactions, open new accounts, and proactively grow customer relationships while promoting digital banking options.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, balance maintenance, and participating in branch initiatives. Flexible hours including Saturdays are required; prior cash handling and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or banking courses preferred.
• Prior teller or sales experience in a goal-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of bank products, services, and operating procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide an outstanding customer experience at all points of contact.
• Build, retain, and expand customer relationships by recommending products and services.
• Educate customers on digital banking services and options.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other services.
• Maintain cash drawer and ensure accurate balancing.
