Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW) is seeking a friendly Universal Banker-1 for our West Street branch in Keene, NH. This role may float to nearby Keene branches as needed and focuses on delivering excellent customer service and helping customers with accounts and transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous related experience in a customer service environment.
• Intermediate use of desktop applications.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work rotating Saturdays.
• Ability to travel between branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains minimal errors and resolves outstanding errors in a timely manner with assistance from branch mentor or supervisor.
• Carefully prepares and checks customer documents for completeness and accuracy utilizing procedures and resources.
• Expands customer relationships by exploring customer product and service needs through interactive dialogue.
