• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer apps.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours with possible travel.

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle standard and complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs and online banking.
• Assist with outbound client outreach and refer opportunities to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
