Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to handle client transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support sales with outbound calls. You will help identify needs and refer clients to branch teams or specialists.

The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to controls, and participation in training to enhance product knowledge and service quality. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn PC keyboard and branch software.
• Ability to multi-task and work time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Support sales by outbound calls and exploring client needs or referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
