Job summary

Truist Financial in Plantation, FL seeks a Regular full-time associate to process client transactions with accuracy and strong service quality. You will guide customers on digital banking options, assist with outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management to meet clients' financial needs.

You will also contribute to branch operations, stay compliant with policies, and participate in training to deepen product knowledge and service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to multitask and manage time under pressure.
• Proficient with PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Experience in client service or teller roles is preferred.
• Capable of traveling to cover staffing needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely client transactions with strong service quality.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATM, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch specialists.
• Understand IRM concepts to deliver Truist expertise to clients.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; stay updated on procedures.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
