Job summary

Truist in Florida seeks a regular full-time teammate to provide timely client transactions with accuracy and exceptional service. You will help clients understand digital banking tools and participate in outbound outreach, supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

You will follow risk policies, contribute to sales opportunities, and stay current with training to better serve consumer and business clients. This role may require travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and improve product knowledge to serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
