Job summary

Truist in Englewood, FL seeks a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintain accurate records, and identify clients’ financial needs.

The role involves helping clients with digital banking tools, outbound outreach, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), while adhering to internal controls and quality service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend/extended hours availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and efficient handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and client needs identification.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and training.
