Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.
• One year of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Knowledge of advanced branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and performing complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to enhance service.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
