Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Associate to provide timely and efficient client transaction processing while delivering superior service. You will educate clients on digital channels and support outbound calling, helping identify needs and referring to specialists as appropriate.

The role involves working with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and adhering to internal controls and policies. Weekend hours and travel may be required at times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and related requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance service experience.
• Support team sales process by outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities by referring to branch team members or specialists.
• Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients' needs.
• Participate in all components of Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and knowledge meetings to better serve clients.
