Job summary

Truist in Miami is seeking a Regular full-time team member to provide timely client transactions with accurate records and exceptional service. You will support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to identify client needs and opportunities.

Educating clients on digital banking, assisting with self-service solutions, and collaborating with branch teams to deliver tailored solutions are key parts of the role. Weekend work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs or locale changes.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel or overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and processing complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referral to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Improve product knowledge via trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
