Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an Evening RN Unit Manager in Durham, NC. This role leads an evening nursing team, mentors staff, and drives high-quality patient care on the unit.

Required ASN or higher in Nursing with active RN licensure in the state, plus 1+ years of LTC or Sub-Acute nursing experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

• 1+ years nursing experience, preferably in Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and HR on staffing and incentives.
• Oversee shift operations and ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualifications
