HC is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the evening shift in a skilled nursing facility. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee care plans, supervise RNs/LPNs/CNAs, conduct rounds, and ensure accurate medications and physician orders are followed.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and mentor staff to deliver high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes leadership, patient safety, and regulatory compliance within a busy evening environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.

We are looking for a motivated RN Unit Manager to oversee resident care and nursing operations during the evening shift. This position is ideal for a hands‑on nursing professional who leads by example, supports their team, and takes pride in delivering excellent resident outcomes.

Your Role

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to the nursing team.

• Oversee resident care and ensure individualized care plans are followed.

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs and provide guidance when needed.

• Conduct rounds and monitor residents for changes in condition.

• Ensure medications, treatments, documentation, and physician orders are appropriately managed.

• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care.

• Assist with staffing, assignments, and daily unit operations.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.

• Identify clinical concerns and take appropriate action.

• Support infection prevention, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

• Coach and mentor nursing staff while promoting accountability and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For
