Job summary

Southern Healthcare Management in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for our residents. This role focuses on growth, teamwork, and maintaining high service standards, reporting to the Director of Nursing and coordinating with HR and facility leadership.

You will oversee health maintenance, serve as the main contact for residents and families, and address concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• ASN or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active RN or LPN licensure in state of practice.
• 1+ years nursing experience; long-term care/sub-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.

Qualifications for an RN Unit Manager:

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
