Job summary

Abercorn Rehabilitation Center in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead nursing care for residents. You will coordinate daily operations, liaise with families, and serve as a main point of contact for staff and residents.

The role requires an ASN or Nursing Diploma, active RN or LPN license in Georgia, and 1+ year of long-term care experience. We offer a supportive leadership team, continuing education opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma is required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice is required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members
