Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; prior sub-acute or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in a sub-acute or long-term setting.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and HR to discuss goals and benefits.
• Participate in daily rounds and care planning with the team.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and high-quality patient outcomes.
