Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Extends courtesies to patients, staff and visitors in a prompt and responsive manner.
• Assist in monitoring visitor/employee access and badges in patient care areas.
• Answer the phone promptly and transfer calls using NMH standards (AIDET).
• Prepare medical records on admission, discharge and transfer.
• Assist with admission, discharge and transfer activities in a timely manner.
• Maintain unit supplies and ensure clerical equipment and forms are stocked.
