Job summary

Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth is seeking a Unit Secretary to support a welcoming, organized patient-care environment. You will handle patient communications, maintain records, and help care teams stay connected throughout each shift.

You will use clear, compassionate communication and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations, patient privacy, and a positive patient and family experience on every unit.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• No Travel Required

Responsibilities

• Greeting and guiding patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintaining patient records accurately, entering physician orders, and protecting patient information.
• Handling all communications between incoming calls and care team members promptly and clearly to keep the unit connected.
• Keeping the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfort.
• Taking initiative to solve challenges, support daily operations, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.
