Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ seeks a part-time unit clerk to perform clerical and secretarial duties on the unit, maintaining patient records and coordinating information flow.

The schedule features a rotating 12-hour day shift, one day the first week and two days the second week, with every third weekend and some holidays; candidates should have basic computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology.

Mansioni

• Performs clerical and secretarial duties on the unit.
• Maintains patient records, processes and refers information as needed.
• Assists with coordination of patient flow, rounding, and visitor security.
• Maintains and communicates consults to providers and supports admission/discharge processes.
• Coordinates patient transportation and discharge to home when needed.
• Maintains supplies and equipment and places service orders.
