Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee medications/treatments and supervise RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and aides.
• Complete admissions and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
