Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs
• Complete required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety and comfort
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned
