Harborview Health Systems seeks a Unit Manager - RN to lead nursing care in a faith-based, resident-focused environment. The role is a day-shift management position overseeing RN Charge Nurses, CNAs and medication aides, with a commitment to quality patient care and team coordination.

You will supervise medications and treatments, perform admissions and routine assessments, monitor patient conditions, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—you’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Complete required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
