Job summary

Harborview-Thomaston is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff in our faith-based skilled nursing facility. You will oversee medication delivery, treatments, and supervision of RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides.

The role emphasizes resident comfort, safety, comprehensive documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Active RN license in good standing is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred. We offer top pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
