MediLodge of Southfield is seeking a Unit Manager Registered Nurse to direct the operation of a nursing unit in a long‑term care facility. You will lead clinical teams, oversee resident care, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, a nursing degree, at least three years of nursing experience with one year in long‑term care, and strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required; CPR certification if applicable.
• Three years of nursing experience, including one year in long-term care.

Responsibilities
