MediLodge of Marshall in Marshall, MI, is seeking a Unit Manager/Nurse Supervisor RN to lead the nursing unit with a patient-centered approach, overseeing staff and operations to ensure quality care for residents.

The role requires an active RN license, BSN preferred, and at least 3 years of nursing experience, including long-term care. Responsibilities include staffing, staff development, meetings, and coordination with physicians to ensure timely and appropriate interventions.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; degree preferred.
• Licensed RN; CPR certification may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; 1 year LTC preferred.
