MediLodge of East Lansing seeks a Unit Manager/Nurse Supervisor - Registered Nurse to direct the nursing unit in a long-term care facility. You will lead care delivery, coordinate staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing, degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CPR certificate where required.
• Three years of nursing experience, including long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan meetings, address resident care issues, and supervise staff.
• Ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance within the unit.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and continuing education of nursing staff.
• Coordinate physician interventions and monitor unit operations.
