Key Responsibilities:

As a Unit Supervisor (RN), you will:

  • Provide Leadership: Guide and support nursing staff while fostering a positive and empowering environment—like the fall season, bringing renewal and change.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
  • Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives: Drive continuous improvement in patient care services.
  • Mentor and Coach: Support the professional growth of your team as they prepare for the challenges ahead—just like autumn prepares us for winter.
  • Maintain Open Communication: Address concerns and ensure smooth communication, fostering unity and teamwork.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in Ohio.
  • Proven Leadership Experience in team building and staff development within a clinical setting.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to connect with patients, families, and team members.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Clinical Best Practices focused on patient-centered care.
  • Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
