Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Unit Manager at Certus Healthcare Management. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $80,000.00 per year.

Schedule: This position will work Monday through Friday in a supervisory role, assisting the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing with clinical operations. The role involves being part of the On-Call rotation and may require oversight of operations across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans and correction plans
  • Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
  • Complete necessary audits and other tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing
