The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory nursing experience, about 2 years in long-term care or rehab, and strong leadership, mentoring, and compassionate care skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain excellence in service
• Educate residents and families on conditions, medications, and self-care
• Support patient independence by setting goals and promoting wellness
• Ensure compliance with infection control, medication, and safety protocols
• Document care, maintain continuity across shifts, and resolve patient needs
• Oversee nursing supplies and equipment maintenance
• Stay current through ongoing professional development

Qualifications:
