As a RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes. Our state-of-the-art facility, located in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania, offers a comprehensive range of services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, and specialty programs.
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will help you to:
Lead by Example: Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to provide exceptional patient care.

Current RN License: Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum Experience: Strong clinical experience in a long-term care setting.
