Responsibilities

As a Unit Manager/Director - RN within an assigned unit, you will support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction.

• Lead, guide, and direct the overall operations, coordination, and nursing care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, policies, and complies with standards of practice, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources in the unit, including recruiting, orienting staff, minimizing overtime and agency use, assessing performance, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Posted Salary Range

USD $85,280.00 - USD $98,800.00 per year.
