- Participate in staffing and scheduling for efficient patient care.
- Mentor and educate nursing staff for their professional growth.
- Monitor compliance, maintain quality standards, and conduct audits for improvement.
- Facilitate communication for care coordination among healthcare team members.
- Advocate for patients, address concerns, and promote patient-centered care.
- Respond to medical emergencies according to protocols.
- Ensure accurate electronic health record documentation.
- Keep updated on healthcare regulations for staff compliance.
