Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead care for residents in our sub-acute/long-term care setting. You will oversee nursing operations, coordinate care plans, and mentor a dedicated nursing team.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN or higher, is licensed as RN or LPN in Florida, and has at least one year of long-term care experience. Join us to support residents, families, and staff in a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN or LPN licensure in Florida required.

Responsibilities

• Address and prevent concerns raised by family members.

Responsibilities Of An RN Unit Manager

Qualifications For An RN Unit Manager

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
