Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Rochelle Park, NJ, is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the unit’s clinical operations. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure care per care plans, and collaborate with physicians and families to coordinate resident care.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, a minimum of 2 years in nursing, and prior leadership experience in long-term care. PCC experience and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Salary: $100,000–$105,000 annually

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit, ensuring exceptional resident care while providing leadership and support to nursing staff.
