Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation in Lebanon, NH is seeking a Full-Time Unit Manager (LPN/RN) under new leadership, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a commitment to high-quality care and an inclusive team environment. • Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing (LPN) or registered nursing program.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in New Hampshire.
• Minimum of one year of nurse-management or unit-management experience.
• Must maintain BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing coverage with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe, compliant care.
• Provide supervision and guidance to unit staff.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with Nurse Educator to address them.
• Oversee medication management and ensure proper handling per policy.
• Provide direct patient care on the unit as needed to maintain clinical skills.
